Three problems, one project

ISO Certified helps businesses across Europe obtain ISO certifications. They had the service. What they didn’t have was a website that could reach European buyers, capture leads consistently, and track what happened after a client signed on.

No visibility in European search markets

The existing website wasn't reaching buyers in Spain, Germany, France, or elsewhere in Europe. No on-page SEO, no content structure for international search, and no multilingual consideration.

No structured lead pipeline

Leads came in through a basic contact form with no follow-up system. There was no way to track where a prospect was, who followed up, or what the next action was.

No certificate lifecycle management

Once a client received their ISO certificate, there was no system tracking expiry dates. Renewal opportunities were being missed because no one was watching the dates.

ISO Certified operates in a trust-heavy compliance market. The businesses they serve in Europe need ISO certifications to qualify for tenders, enter supply chains, and meet regulatory requirements. These aren’t casual purchases – the sales cycle takes time, and staying in contact throughout that cycle matters.

The renewal side of the business was also underdeveloped. A client who earned an ISO 9001 certificate three years ago will need to renew it. Without a tracking system, those renewal conversations weren’t happening on time.

Built for organic reach, not just looks

We rebuilt the site from scratch on WordPress. Every page was structured around how businesses in European and Spanish-speaking markets actually search for ISO certification services – which is different from how an English-speaking Indian market searches for them.

The site architecture separates certification types clearly (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others), with dedicated landing pages for each. Country and language targeting was built into the URL structure, metadata, and on-page content.

Lead capture sits across the funnel – on the homepage, on individual certification pages, and at the bottom of informational content. Every form routes directly to the Notion database.

Lead capture to Notion database

Every form submission on the website creates a new Notion record instantly. Name, company, country, the certification they're interested in – it's all there without anyone copy-pasting from an email.

Certificate issuance tracking

When a client receives their ISO certificate, the details get logged in Notion: which standard, which scope, issue date, expiry date, renewal date. Every certificate the company has ever issued lives in one place.

Expiry alerts and renewal triggers

The system watches certificate expiry dates. When a certificate is approaching its renewal window, ISO Certified gets notified so they can contact the client. Renewal conversations now happen before the certificate lapses.

Full client history per record

Each client record shows how long they've been a client, every certificate they've received, and all renewal history. The team has full context before every client conversation.
